SETUP SIRLOIN STEAK

  • 200 gr True Aussie Beef Sirloin
  • 2 tbsp powdered milk, mix with water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 200 ml water
  • Salt, to taste

Steak marinade

  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Nutmeg powder
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped

Vegetables

  • Onion, sweet corn, green peas
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Carrot, potato, julienne cuts
  • Margarine

Method

Instructions

  • Rub sirloin with steak marinade mixture, add in sweet soy sauce and store in a sealed container in fridge overnight.
  • Heat pan and put sirloin steak and the marinade mixture on the pan, make sure the meat sizzles.
  • Add in water until meat is thoroughly cooked.
  • Take out meat from the pan and cut into slices, put back into the pan.
  • Add milk and cook again until the milk is boiling.

 Vegetables

Stir fry onion and garlic. Add in all vegetables. Cook thoroughly and serve with steak.

Tips: turn this menu into a lunch menu by putting sirloin steak slices inside a prata bread, add grated mozarella. Make a wrap, and heat on the pan until cheese is melted.
